My role as coach:
I clarify the feasibility, consult according to my experience and give feedback, analyse behaviour patterns and talk about specific situations back-at-work.
I create a space and time to accompany inner thinking processes (Internal Family Systems Therapy), work with reflexive-systemic questions and use the method of organizational constellation work to get new insights into certain topics.
I always develop an individual coaching process that is tailored to the topics and needs of the coaching client.
Every coaching is treated confidentially.
I start every coaching process with an open exploratory (free of charge) conversation where we clarify the topics, expectations, situation and the involved stakeholders. Afterwards we can talk about the number of sessions needed, dates, methods and other conditions in a contract conversation.
