It starts with an exploratory conversation to get to know each other and assess the situation: we clarify whether we want to work together, the feasibility of the desired change, the topics and goals of a joint coaching process. On this basis, we determine the scope and methods. Throughout all phases, I am keeping an eye on the big picture, the structure of the coaching process and your goals.

Possible methods used are inner mindfulness, systemic counseling, and organizational constellations as well as work with the inner team of personality parts.
Sensitive inner processes are accompanied and brought to a good conclusion, but without crossing the threshold to therapy.
