In organizations, goals and strategies are usually defined but often not clear or comprehensible, both for individuals or teams and externals. Obstacles and questions along the way can be more of a hindrance than anticipated. Good consulting helps to identify options & potential as well as resistance, and thus supports making new processes function in the long term.

Depending on what is needed, my role is more that of a facilitator or sharing my experience in a consulting setting. Formats range from a workshop setting, individual assessments, interviews or a team consulting process.
