My modular trainings are tailor-made - always focused on developing the specific individual competences needed. The main ingredient for success is activating the training participant into a self-steered learning setting and interaction with others. That is why there is always enough flexibility within the modules to give space to immediate interests and emotional safety to share personal challenges.
One trainer works with 6-8 participants to be able to address individual learning topics and provide qualified individual feedback.
We use experiential learning cycles: We work with the real experiences of the participants and case studies for an optimal transfer into practice back-at-work.
Theory & background knowledge are applied appropriately rather than long presentations.
