It starts with an exploratory conversation to get to know each other and assess the situation: we clarify whether we want to work together, the feasibility of the desired change, the topics and goals of a joint coaching process. On this basis, we determine the scope and methods. Throughout all phases, I am keeping an eye on the big picture, the structure of the coaching process and your goals.
